The location is ideal, as you can easily get to the 408, Colonial, Semoran, Goldenrod obviously , and Curry Ford within minutes. It's just enough out of the way that traffic is not too crazy.

Love it here. So incredibly quiet it feels like I'm in the building all by myself. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient.
